We collect information from you directly, automatically through your interaction with the Services, and from third-party partners. 3.1 Information You Provide Directly • Identifiers & Contact Details: Name, email address, phone number, or communications sent to support@tap-snap.com. • Authentication & Wallet Credentials: Credentials and authentication tokens supplied via third-party embedded wallet or identity authentication providers upon scanning a QR code or logging in. 3.2 Information Collected Automatically • Device & Usage Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, referring URLs, access timestamps, and usage analytics. • Location Information: Geolocation data collected for security verification, fraud prevention, and compliance. • Cookies & Tracking Technologies: We use cookies for authentication, session management, security, fraud prevention, and analytics. 3.3 Payment Information Handling (PCI-DSS) TapSnap is designed so that payment card information and bank credentials are processed directly by PCI-compliant payment providers.
